are trying to do on the website and you are unable to do
it, firstly please accept our apology for any
inconvenience.
This website is best
viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer, if you are
using another browser it should still work, but you may
find one or two parts that don't look quite right where
a 'plugin' is required that may not be supported by your
browser. If this happens an onscreen message should help
you to identify what 'plugin' is required and how to get
it.
If you have followed
the above and are still having issues viewing or using
parts of this website, please let us know what you were
trying to do and what prevented you from completing what
it was.
Please provide us with
as much detail as possible, and if possible a "screen
shot" of the issue. To take a "screen shot" use the keys
Alt-PrtSc, this will copy the window you have open at
the time, and then create an email to send to us and
paste your screen shot into the email.
