United Kingdom Orders
Our preferred payment
option is PayPal's card payment facility. However we can
potentially accept payment by Cheque or Postal Orders, please
contact us for details of this

If you are paying
through PayPal, we aim to dispatch your order within 24
hours of funds being received, some specialist build
items may take longer, please ensure you read the
descriptions on the item page.
If you are paying by
other methods such as cheque, we will dispatch your
order once funds have fully cleared into our account.
When ready we will ship
orders by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery, Royal
Mail Signed for Delivery or
Courier depending on the item type.
International Orders
If you wish to place an
order for any of our quality products and are not
resident in the United Kingdom, please contact us at
enquiries@assisttechnology.co.uk, and we will provide
you with an appropriate quotation in your chosen
denomination and include any extra shipping costs. Any
liability for local taxes will reside with you.
Support & Returns
At Assist Technology we
make every effort to ensure we provide you with a
quality service and quality products, however as hard as
we try there may be a reason why you are not satisfied
with your purchase, if this is the case please contact
us at
support@assisttechnology.co.uk and we will discuss
the issues with you.
If the product is to be
returned we will provide you with a RMA number which
will need to be clearly labelled on the return package.
Please Note: Returns will not be accepted without this
process having been followed.
